Refund Policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
The short version: if you’re not happy, ask within 14 days of paying and you’ll get your money back, for any reason. This covers the paid exports and Blabba Unlimited.
1. Who handles your payment
Blabba is run by Granite Digital. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle takes the payment, sends your receipt and pays any refund back to you.
2. Clean cut and Director’s cut
You can have a full refund of a one-off payment within 14 days of making it, for any reason, even if you have already downloaded the film.
A refund withdraws what the payment bought: the commercial licence for that blabba, and every version of it the payment covered, is cancelled. After a refund you may only use the film as a free Rough cut allows (personal, non-commercial use), and you must stop any commercial use of the clean version.
3. Blabba Unlimited
- You can have a full refund of any Unlimited payment, the first one or a renewal, within 14 days of it being taken.
- Refunding a payment ends your subscription straight away, and the licences for films exported during the month it paid for are withdrawn, as above.
- If you just don’t want the next month, you don’t need a refund: cancel the renewal on your account page (Account, then Account & plan) and Unlimited runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. You won’t be charged again.
4. After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days aren’t refundable, except that if an export you paid for doesn’t work and we can’t put it right, we’ll refund you whenever you tell us. You also keep any rights the law where you live gives you.
5. How to ask
- Email hello@blabba.app with the email address you paid with and, if you have it, the order number from your receipt; or
- go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you paid with, and ask there.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Paddle usually processes them within a few days, and your bank may take a few more to show it.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes. A payment is always covered by the policy as it stood when you made it.
